King by AdsHackers
Terms
Last updated: 2026-08-14
These are the terms of using King, operated by AdsHackers. Plain language, and they mean what they say.
What we provide
King reads the advertising accounts you connect and advises on them. On plans that include it, King can also make changes to those accounts — but only ones you have explicitly approved.
We do not guarantee advertising results. Nobody honestly can: the outcome depends on your product, your price, your market and the platform's own auction. What we do guarantee is that the advice is derived from your real numbers and that the reasoning is shown to you.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep the password to yourself. Tell us immediately if you think somebody else has it.
You must have the right to access the advertising accounts you connect. Connecting a client's account without their permission is your problem, not ours, and we will close the account if we learn of it.
Payment
Subscriptions are charged in US dollars, monthly or annually in advance. The local figure shown beside the price is an indication at that day's exchange rate — the amount taken is the dollar amount, and your bank may add its own conversion fee.
Annual plans are charged for ten months and run for twelve.
Credits bought as top-ups do not expire while your subscription is active, and are not refundable in cash.
Refunds
Payments for King are not refundable.
King is sold as credits, and a credit is consumed the moment it is used. The model calls behind an answer are billed to us as soon as the work is done, whether or not the answer was what you hoped for.
That covers subscriptions and credit top-ups alike, and it applies as soon as any credit on that purchase has been spent. Using the product and then asking for the money back is not something we can do.
If you have bought something and used none of it, write to us within 14 days and we will look at it. Where we do agree to return anything, it covers only the part you have not used — we cannot refund work already done for you.
This is why the cheapest plan is $19 and the smallest credit pack is $10: so you can find out whether King is worth it to you before committing to more. Please use that rather than buying a year and asking afterwards.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from your own settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate a partial month.
Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not return the one you have already made, for the reason in the section above.
If we ever have to end your account, you get the unused part of what you paid back, unless it is being closed for the reasons in the next section.
What you may not do
Use King to advertise anything illegal, or anything the advertising platforms themselves prohibit.
Resell access, share one account across separate businesses, or use the product to build a competing one.
Attempt to reach another customer's data, or to use the assistant to extract our own instructions or another workspace's information.
Limits
King can be wrong. It is a tool that reads numbers and reasons about them, and the final decision on your advertising spend is yours — which is exactly why nothing is changed without your approval.
Our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for advertising spend, lost sales, or a platform changing its own rules.
If a platform withdraws our access to its API, we will tell you and refund the unused part of your subscription. We cannot control their decisions.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand and you can cancel if you disagree. The date at the top is when this version took effect.
