Deleting your data

Sign in, open Settings, and use Delete my account at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to type your email address to confirm, because it cannot be undone.

It happens immediately — not within thirty days. By the time the next screen loads we have ended our access where King can, deleted the keys, deleted every business you own along with every campaign, figure and conversation in it, and cancelled any subscription.

King ends its own access at Google, Meta and TikTok. At Snapchat and Shopify it does not yet. For those, or when a network cannot be reached, the confirmation screen names it and tells you where to remove the permission yourself. The data we copied from it is already gone either way.

Write to hello@adshackers.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. That is the whole request — no form, no reason required.

We answer within 30 days, and the deletion is complete when we answer.

You can also ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at the same address.

Everything in your business: your campaigns, the advertising history we read from your ad accounts, your conversations with King, what it remembered about you, and the connections themselves.

The accounting record of what you paid, which the law requires us to keep. It contains no advertising data.

The image and video files in your library. Their entries are deleted with the account, but the files themselves stay in our private file storage, where no screen shows them. To remove them at once, delete them from your library before you delete the account: each one deleted there is removed from storage immediately.

Your customer record at Stripe, our payment processor, with your email address and your business's name. Deleting the account cancels the subscription there; it does not delete that record.

In a business somebody else owns and invited you into, the conversations you started and the changes you made stay with that business, no longer attached to your account. It is theirs, so we do not delete it.

Notifications our team has already received — the sign-up alert with your email address, the connection notices naming your ad accounts (notices about Google products no longer name the account), and any support messages you sent — stay in our team's Telegram.

You do not have to delete your account to stop us reading an ad account. Press Disconnect on it in Connected accounts: that deletes the figures we copied from it and the keys, and ends our access at the network where King can do that itself.

Or remove King in the network itself: Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions, Meta in your Facebook settings under Business integrations, TikTok in your TikTok for Business account at business.tiktok.com, and Snapchat at accounts.snapchat.com under Manage Apps. Our reads stop, because the access no longer works.

Removing King at Meta, TikTok or Snapchat also deletes what King copied from that network, and the key, once King learns of it: the next time King reads the account — daily, for a business your plan covers — the network refuses, King checks with it once more, and the copy is deleted. King learns of it only by reading the account, and it reads only a connection that is still working, of a business a plan covers. While the business has no plan in force or is locked, or once the connection has stopped working for another reason, King does not read it and does not learn of the removal: press Disconnect in King to have the copy deleted. Nothing else goes: your conversations, your library and your other networks stay. At every other network what we copied stays until you press Disconnect in King or delete your account. To have a copy gone at once, press Disconnect.

King keeps the figures and records it copied from Snapchat for at most 36 months, as Snap's terms require: figures for days more than 36 months ago, and any campaign, ad or other record Snapchat has not described to King for 36 months, are deleted automatically, without you asking.

Your password — Supabase Auth handles it and we never see it.

Your card details — Stripe handles them and they never reach our servers.
