Deleting your data

Write to hello@adshackers.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. That is the whole request — no form, no reason required.

We answer within 30 days, and the deletion is complete when we answer.

You can also ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at the same address.

Everything in your workspace: your campaigns, the advertising history we read from your ad accounts, your conversations with King, what it remembered about your business, and the connections themselves.

The one exception is the accounting record of what you paid, which the law requires us to keep. It contains no advertising data.

You do not have to delete your account to stop us reading an ad account. Revoke our access from the network directly — Google, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat all list the apps you have authorised in your own account settings, and removing us there stops the reading immediately.

That leaves what we already read in place. Ask us to delete, above, if you want that gone too.

Your password — Supabase Auth handles it and we never see it.

Your card details — Stripe handles them and they never reach our servers.
